About Homeschool and Community | Felica, Chance, Laura | Varies
"The most important work you will ever do will be within the walls of your home" -Harold B. Lee
Are you a fellow homeschooler who longs for the support and encouragement of a friend who is walking the same path to homeschool as you? If so, this life group is for you and your children!
Join me as we build a community of homeschoolers. It does not matter your chosen method, curriculum, or way of homeschooling. The purpose of this life group is to walk alongside each other as we fulfill God’s calling to home educate and discipleship within our homes.
When I came to Journey Church back in January 2023, I began to feel lonely in my calling as a homeschooler. My children and I left behind in Tennessee a homeschool community of moms and children that filled our life with support, love, laughter, activity, and genuine friendship. I did not realize what I was missing out on until God brought the gift of community into my life and the Holy Spirit has impressed on my heart to cultivate that same type of community for homeschoolers here at Journey. I invite you to join us as we allow God to build something beautiful through this community!
