Journey Care Team

Welcome to Journey Care Team.  Our goal is to assess and meet the needs of God's family at Journey.  You will have opportunity to serve in various aspects of service including but not limited to transportation, errands, meals, calls, in home visits, and sharing God's love with those who are in need of extra hands-on care.
